Returns and refunds

Whilst we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, you as a customer can be assured that all items are covered by our refundable returns policy, provided that:

The item purchased is notified of its unsuitability, with reasons why on the day of its receipt. E-mail or telephone can be used to notify us.
The item purchased is sent back by return of post at buyer’s expense.
The item purchased has not been worn.
The purchase cost of the item will be refunded to your paypal account once the item is received back by us.
If unable to comply with the above and provided that the original item has not been worn, a credit note for the purchase price only will be issued on returns up to 14 days from date of original purchase.

The cost of postage and packaging will not be included in the refund.
